Thank goodness someone reminded me that I'd forgotten to color this!
Um.. okay so the bg is definitely nothing special. I need to start drawing the bg on the same page, I think.
ANYWAY!! There are a couple of badly rendered things in the bg that you might notice. Maybe. As for what's going on here, it looks like Stitch and the rest of the Pekelai family have gotten separated on a sightseeing trip. Stitch has apparently managed to stave off the urge to destroy the Big Apple, and fallen in with a couple of members of Fagin's gang.
Rita apparently has some doubts about Dodger's notion of teaching Stitch to be an expert canine while they look around for his ohana. Does Dodger have any questions about it? Of course not! All his ideas are great ones! He may not really get what Stitch is, but he knows a New York newbie when he sees one! Dodge, hope you know what you're doing..
On a side note, I always got the impression that Dodger and Rita were a couple during 1988's Oliver and Company. Anyone else think that?
